We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order for most items, provided they are in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
Please email our Customer Service team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with the following information (template provided below):
Return/Exchange Request Template
Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number]
Email Body:
Dear Disney Store Team,
I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order #[Your Order Number].
Item(s) to return/exchange:
– Product Name: [e.g., Mickey Mouse Ear Hats]
– Size/Color: [if applicable]
– Quantity: [number]
– Reason: [e.g., wrong size, changed mind, etc.]
For exchanges, please specify:
– Desired replacement item: [Product Name, Size/Color]

Step 2: Wait for Approval & Instructions
Our team will respond within 2 business days with:
- Return authorization (if approved)
- Return shipping address
- Any special instructions
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Please include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping method
- Insuring your package for its full value
- Retaining your shipping receipt until the process is complete
Important Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned items:
- Timing: Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return
- Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund to your account.
Exchange Processing
For approved exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement item within 1-2 business days after receiving your return
- You’ll receive a new tracking number via email
- Standard shipping times apply (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS)
Non-Returnable Items
To ensure the health and safety of all our customers, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Costume Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Jewelry & Watches (unless defective)
- MagicBands (electronic items)
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Used, damaged, or altered merchandise

International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
