Shipping Information
We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) to bring Disney magic to fans everywhere!
Order Processing & Delivery Times
- Order Processing: 1-2 business days
- Standard Shipping (DHL/FedEx): $12.95 – Delivery within 10-15 days after shipping
- Free Shipping (EMS): For orders over $50 – Delivery within 15-25 days after shipping
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package’s journey to your home.
Our Magical Returns Promise
We want every Disney Store purchase to bring you joy! If something isn’t quite right, we’ll happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order, provided items are in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
Step 1: Initiate Your Return/Exchange
Email our Customer Service team at [email protected] within 15 days with:
- Your order number
- Item details (name, size/color, quantity)
- Reason for return/exchange
- For exchanges: desired replacement item details
Step 2: Wait for Approval & Instructions
We’ll respond within 2 business days with return authorization and shipping instructions.
Step 3: Package & Ship Your Return
Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories. We recommend:
- Using a trackable shipping method
- Insuring your package
- Keeping your shipping receipt
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Timing: 5-7 business days to process your refund
- Method: Refunded to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Notification: You’ll receive an email confirmation
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to complete the refund.
Exchange Processing
For approved exchanges:
- We’ll ship your replacement within 1-2 business days after receiving your return
- You’ll receive a new tracking number via email
- Standard shipping times apply (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS)
Important Exceptions
To ensure health and safety, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:
- Costume Accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Jewelry & Watches (unless defective)
- MagicBands (electronic items)

International Returns
For customers outside the United States:
- You are responsible for return shipping costs
- Customs fees are non-refundable
- Mark packages as “Returned Goods” to avoid additional customs charges
